Twinwood Parkway Street Dedication Phase 1B - Segments C & D

A foundational roadway for a fast-growing corridor

The Twinwood Parkway Street Dedication project in Fort Bend County reflects the continued expansion of transportation infrastructure needed to support one of the fastest-growing regions in the Greater Houston area. As residential and commercial development intensifies in the surrounding communities, the need for a formally dedicated and fully constructed roadway and bridge became critical to improve connectivity, accessibility, and traffic flow within the corridor.

Set within the broader context of Fort Bend County's rapid development, the Twinwood Parkway Street Dedication Phase 1B — Segments C & D project for Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 213 (FBCMUD 213) included the construction and public dedication of approximately 6,600 linear feet of roadway and a new bridge. The project represents more than a street — it is a foundational piece of infrastructure that enables community expansion, enhances mobility, and supports the continued transformation of the area into a well-connected and sustainable suburban environment.
