Completed in 2002, the 270,000-square-foot performing arts complex has become a defining landmark within Houston's Theater District. The facility features the 2,650-seat Sarofim Hall, the intimate 500-seat Zilkha Hall, and a dramatic 60-foot high glass grand lobby that frames panoramic views of Tranquility Park and the downtown skyline.
